1. Introduction:
Vertical coarse pulverizer machine is used to crush big block of materials into smaller pieces. It is a preliminary pulverizing
process before fine crushing process in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff fields etc.
For example: to grind herbal leaves into small particles or granules or pellets, such as tea leaf, tea leaves to make tea bag,
or hemp, tobacco to make cigarettes.

2. Working Principle:
Big material is fed into the chamber through a hopper, crushed by simultaneous cutting of both fixed and movable knives,
then flows to the exit automatically under centrifugal force.
Designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel, which makes the medicine and food clean and healthy.
Better crushing effect for materials which has moderate hardness, less viscosity, less fiber etc.

3. Features:
There are two kinds of dust collecting devices: one is batch type dust collector, another is continuous dust collector.
We can add a dust collector to remove the dust during production. To protect the workers and environment safe and clean.

Customers can choose to install a dust collector to remove the flying dust that will come out of the collecting cloth bag.
Batch type dust collector and continuous dust collector are available
