After starting vibration screen machine, the vibrator of the screening machine will do directional jumping movement together with the vibrating screen box. Meanwhile, the materials less than the screen mesh will get through the screen surface to the lower layer, other materials bigger than the screen mesh will do continuous jump on the screen surface and then output from the discharge gate, so far the whole screening work is finished finally. According to the characteristics of its structure and working principle of circular vibration screening machine, the screen surface is generally fixed inclined (slope angle is 15 to 25 degrees).
From the structure and working principle of circular vibrating screening machine, you can see that the rotating direction of the vibrator has consequent flow direction and reverse flow direction relative to the direction of material flow. Obviously, when the vibrator do consequent rotation, the moving speed of materials will be improved, which can increase production capacity, but the screening efficiency will decrease; when the vibrator rotate along counter-current direction, the materials running speed would slow down, which can cause smaller production ability, but screening efficiency will be improved.
